My name is Amanda and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, currently completing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I am currently only offering online sessions to BC residents while I complete my internship in Victoria, BC.

I have experience delivering youth and adult mental health support related to difficulties such as depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, as well as more severe mental health symptoms and diagnosis such as psychosis, Schizophrenia, Bipolar, and also personality disorders such as Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASPD). I am also a registered service provider with the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP), ICBC, and WorkBC.

I use a trauma informed approach in my practice and am guided by evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, SFBT, and EFT. I am committed to keeping up to date with the latest treatment modalities and techniques to serve my clients as effectively as possible by continually updating my skills through training workshops and continued education.

I am known for creating a space that is safe, collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered and see it as a privilege to walk alongside my clients in working towards their goals.

Please reach out to me to schedule a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your goals and answer any questions you may have. My schedule varies but I am currently available weekday evenings and weekends :) Please reach out to book.
